1. Agreement to Terms

3. Membership & Subscriptions

We offer monthly, 6-month, and 12-month memberships.
Epoch & CCBill subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
CoinPayments (crypto payments) are one-time only. Access ends when the purchased term ends, unless you make a new purchase.
Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and non-assignable.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Epoch and CCBill (recurring subscriptions), and via CoinPayments (one-time cryptocurrency payments).
For Epoch and CCBill subscriptions, your membership will automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of your term.
For CoinPayments, your membership is one-off and does not renew.

5. Refunds

Epoch & CCBill Members: Refunds may be issued if you cannot access the Site and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours, provided your request is made within 30 days of billing.
CoinPayments Members: All cryptocurrency payments are strictly non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.
Site Closure: No refunds are given if the Site ceases operation during an active subscription.

6. Account Security

You must keep your username and password confidential.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be shared may be terminated without refund.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

7. Content Disclaimer

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by law.
Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, in English, with one arbitrator.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STACKEDMAG.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the 30 days prior to any claim.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
